On receipt of your return, our customer care team will endeavour to issue a refund or exchange and notify you within 7 working days of receipt. In the event that 10 working days have passed since we signed for your returned order, please contact our customer care team quoting any tracking or reference numbers related to your returned item(s). 

Please note we recommend you pay for a recorded or tracked service with a courier or local post office and obtain and keep proof of postage in case you need it as evidence that you have returned the item(s) to us.
